Here we are the last wellness Wednesday of September.
This week it will be short.
Amazing things will happen by changing just a few things.
1. Drink water. Early and often each day.
2. Skip the sweetners and milk/cream in your coffee and tea.
3. Don't add salt to your meal after it is served.
4. If you drink soda stop.
5. Try to cut back on junk food.
Pick one or go nuts like me and do it all at once. Your body and mind will change.
Now, pretend I am a famous actor or athlete or whatever. Imagine you see me in magazines and on talk shows.
Sadly that is the only way some people will ever make a change.
Just do it. Make your own path. Waiting until your doctor tells you to make a change, will cause all sorts of new issues.
There's a serious epidemic of very unhealthy living in our society. I was right there a few years ago. I chose my family over indulging in what I was Craving.
