Why do people wait for Mondays to start something new. If you want a change just do it. There is no better day than today. Perhaps you ate too much last night. Maybe you have one heck of a hangover. Maybe you binge watched too much shark week.
All of these are excuses. If you tell the world you want to make changes, then do something about it. Waiting for Monday is just an excuse.
Today is your day to make a change.
Stop wishing and just do it
12 days on the gel and feel amazing. You all gotta get this. You cannot buy it in stores. You can get in on it for 60 bucks right now.
\n Beats the 140 it will cost in a few weeks. So sit back and watch the world pass you by or visit
I have learned a lot of stuff over the past 4 years. Stuff about food, exercise, nutrition and taking care of me. In this journey I finally understand that you get exactly what you pay for.
\n My choices are certainly not the least expensive. They are however, the best for my body. I will not compromise on my health anymore. I feel way to good to do otherwise.
\n I could have gone to Walmart or target or GNC and purchased some crap off the shelf.
\n I could have looked at the one thing we all looked at and ran away. (price)
\n Not all things that are meant to do the same thing are the same. Ingredients matter.
\n Then of course there is the old online business stigma. Nothing can be done about that one. I was also very anti marketing. But then I heard a story about support. If you go to any big box store and have questions, who is going to help you? I cant be 100% sure but my guess is that the typical department store employee is not too well versed in what they sell. At Target and Walmart the sports nutrition shakes bars cleanse and pills are near the pharmacy. Do you honestly think the pharmacy folks know each product? Me neither.
\n I remember when I started this program. I nearly gagged on my first shake. I knew it was in my head and I sucked it up and just did it.
\n The weight flew off. It was not easy. Still at the gym 4 to 5 times a week. My energy came back first. Wow was that unexpected. My coffee intake went down to not even needing any. That was incredible. Then my belt had to to be adjusted. Happy to report that 4 years in and 3 years after reaching my goal the weight is still gone.
\n Now for the bad part of being active and clumsy. I used injuries from my military time as an excuse to not work out. When I started I had some muscle aches and pains. Then I really did a number on my back. I had a fall at work and now I have a messed up neck and shoulder. And my old man knees are getting to me.
\n So what can I do about this. One of my customers introduced me to a wonderful product and opportunity. It is nothing short of magic. It is called Sodaderm gel. It is the only non prescription human growth hormone that is FDA approved. In this day and age everyone is all about safety and regulations. I have yet to receive my product because it is backordered due to a reported unpredictable demand. The only feedback I have is from an Isagenix customer that believes this is helping with her back pain. I cannot wait to get my hands on this new product.
\n I believe that combining this amazing product with what I already know as amazing Isagenix products my life will be even more amazing.
Long post alert
\nThis episode of wellness Wednesday brings me back to a year ago. This time last year I posted both useful and useless stuff about me, life, and issues I see all around us.
\n A year later I am still here working my butt off every day for my family. I put my family first. I have read a ton of posts in recent weeks and months about various political nonsense. Non of which were from actual politicians. There seems to be two very distinct groups.
\nAnd a third group of folks who want a change and don't care who the head stiff is.
\n These groups are perfect. They have their views and when they feel the need they tell it to Facebook and other social media sites. I have no knowledge of anyone calling their elected officials. So I am guessing they don't.
\n So I have also seen families turn on each other. Friends no longer communicate. I have even been blocked for having an opinion and of all things called a racist. Oh well, whatever.
\n This stuff is out of control. Did you know that you can ask Google anything and word it in such a way that your answers are exactly what you are looking for?
\n There are a million things wrong in the world. Our nation had deeper issues than some wall.
\n I call it the next big thing syndrome. Here is a history lesson and pay attention to what was a big to do and what is not anymore.
\nLet's see in no particular order
\nThe war on drugs
\nFamine in Africa
\nToyota floor mats
\nOzzy makes songs that encourage suicide
\nMerry Christmas or Happy Holidays
\nTo immunize or not
\nWe fight about every damn thing. This newest round of social media hatred is sickening like early 2017. If you are that unhappy leave our country or do something about it. If you have time to post all day long about current events, run for office and be that one person who makes a difference.
\n I certainly enjoy some conversations these topics. It is amazing how many experts in everything the world has.
\n How does wellness fit into this? Wellness starts in your head. I find it hard to believe that if a person is totally consumed with posting all day long that they are seeing the big picture.
\n If you stress out about stuff that is out of your control you are doing yourself any favors.
\n Take that energy used posting your dislikes and go for a walk. Go to a gym and lift some weights. Do something.
\n Focus on you, your family, and relationships. Let all the other crap in the world figure itself out.
\n Being mentally tough and physically capable is how we survive. In my words run laugh live. It is the path to happiness.
Right or wrong this is how I start my day.
10 to 16 ounces of water as soon as I get up
Make my Swamp juice and coffee.
My shake is usually around 9am
On occasion we will go to our local grease pit for breakfast.
Start the day out right. It's not perfect but it has gotten the job done.
Try this for a week solid.
What a difference a year makes. In a matter of 7 days my world had completely changed. The true colors of many people came out.
\n It has been a rough 12 months but guess what haters, I am still here kicking ass.
\n My will cannot be broken. Some think they are so GD special. Well everyone is special. Special nice and special out of their freakin minds rude and obnoxious.
\n I have to be true to me and have worked so much anger out of me. But when the time comes I am armed for a war you cannot win.
\n Silence is your choice. Live with it and please grow up. We are not in high school anymore.
I had origianlly posted this on FB. I removed it for a million reasons. I have been working very hard to stay positive. I do pretty good most days. The big life lesson has been trust. I trust my wife and kids. I trust my family. I trust my friends and my teammates. Notice what is left out.
Having a voice should not be looked at as anything but being human. I cannot change my voice. I cannot change my way of being me. So to those who do not like me, see ya when you grow up.
The other life altering event casused me to rethink my choices. I made myself better with lots of help. Voiced one unpopular opinion and am shunned.
Some that I thought were friends turned and showed their true colors.
So I have mt mission to help anyone I can. I fully understand what people think and have just decided to move on.
My focus is my team.
Let me tell you something about my journey to healthy happy and fit.
It is not easy. There is no magic pill. It takes dedication and will power. It also takes a bit of faith in the process.
I have been a happy isagenix customer for almost 4 years. I have seen some incredible changes in me and others. The most rewarding thing about finding Isagenix is helping others.
I have seen a lot of posts here about try this and try that. There are pictures of success stories all over the place.
So here is the real deal. A diet and exercise routine alone does not work. It is not sustainable. A lifestyle change is really what gets the results.
Before I started Isagenix I tried other shakes and things. I read the ingredients and looked at the company from an investment perspective. Here is what convinced me.
1. The shakes simply taste so much better than anything else
2. The company has very strict quality standards.
3. The products do not have any fake sweetners. I don't have any scientific proof, but am sure in my mind that fake sugars can't be good for anyone. You will not see things like sucralose saccharine or aspartame in our products.
4. There is a money back guarantee like most anything in the world these days.
5. Isagenix is a private company. They don't have a board of directors who live for money making decisions. You won't see TV commercials or 30 minute information commercials all over the place. And yet yesterday another major business goal was passed.
So, is isagenix for you? I would dare to say sure. There is something for everyone.
And to answer one big comment that I always see, yes, in some cases you may gain weight if you stop. Why? Because of the crap food choices that are made sometimes. I am guilty of this. I love burgers and fries. So I made a decision to cut out fast food donuts and soda. These were my kryptonite.
If you want a comparison of a dozen or so shakes message me and I will send it.
Life and health is no joke. Health care is very expensive. Interestingly enough in 4 years I have been ill once or twice. Where it was previously once or twice a month that I would feel sick.
Here is me before and during as I am still a work in progress.
4 happy years
50 pounds released and still gone
Went from barely walking 30 minutes to running a marathon. I was not an athlete!
