I must be doing something right. My recovery from running the half marathon Sunday was easy. No soreness, just tired from getting up early and having some nerves.
My new mission is to challenge myself to run up the hill that killed me Sunday. Then find out the next marathon close to home and a worthy charity. I will not do this for me. There is a higher calling.
I am also going to get back to really tracking the food I eat, drink more water and incorporate more rest.
I am also going to preach about how much I love my Isagenix system. In short the right fuel will take you places you never thought possible.
If you have been reading my posts and looked around my site, what has stopped you from asking about Isagenix? The cost? The doubts? The stories from your uncle Fred's cousins next door neighbor?
I saw an interesting news story about the "Biggest Loser". Guess what folks, the results from those programs rarely work. Isagenix is not a diet. It is a lifestyle. You will see and feel the difference sooner or later. Just take a chance and follow through. For a 30 day system it would be around 300 bucks for the first order. The next are cheaper because the first order has your enrollment fee. Try it, if it does not work send it back according to the policy. How bad could that be. There are a million options to choose from. Some are cheaper and some are more expensive. Why? Because Isagenix makes it easy for you to get you what's needed.
If you are buying crap off the shelves at Walmart. Snap a picture of the ingredients and compare to what Isagenix offers. You will be pleasenly surprised to know that the few bucks difference is really not worth it. Like anything in life you get what you pay for.
