This episode of Wellness Wednesday is about trends and what to follow. It seems that everyday there is a new fad starting. The most bizarre is the NY Posts story on people living off of air! Really? Have we come to that low of a point to actually believe something so redonkulous? Yes this is a word in my house😂 No matter what path you follow please remember this. It is your path. Nobody will do your squats. Nobody will run walk or bike for you. If you use a scale it is a measurement of you. If you know me, you know how much I love my new life. I try to follow the suggested regimine as best I can. I have good days and bad days. As I mentioned earlier, this is my journey. The tools I have in my tool box have helped me with losing a lot of weight and achieving many physical goals that I thought were out of my reach. The most amazing thing is how all this works together. For me it went like this. 💥 within a week I was more energetic 💥 within a month I had to use a new hole on my belt 💥 three months in stopped adding stuff to my coffee 💥 eight months in 50 pounds released 💥 nine months in my doctors were shocked and told me to just do what I am doing 💥 and the cherry on top was running and finishing a marathon in May. So yes, it is a journey and a lifestyle change. It is not a diet. Diets do not work or last. So I am happy as hell with the changes I have made. Sure, I eat what I want when I want. I am just a heck of a lot better at choosing what I eat. I think the biggest change is simply trying to be as positive as I can. I don't care if it is annoying. So today think about your goals in health nutrition and energy. If you are good, I am so happy for you. If you want a change, make a list and write it down. The do something about it.
