This has been such a cool ride for me. I set out with a goal of a 5k back in November. That was surprisingly easy. A few weeks later I ran a 10k. A little harder, but I did not die. Kept a a steady training pace at 10 miles a week with weight training mixed in there.
Now I can do 9-10 miles at a whack and have run the 13.1.
I am sure I could not have done this or done this right without two things. The support and encouragement of family and friends. And of course the power of isagenix.
