Today was a typical crazy Monday. The gym does not open until 5 so I only could do a quick work out. And to top it off my right heel was in agony. So just walked the treadmill nice and slow for 40 minutes. My long 13 miles the other day proved to myself that I can do this 1/2 marathon in May. There is something to be said about including super nutrition and energy through Isagenix into the daily mix.
