A huge part of what we do as a group of Motivators is host a monthly challenge. October is my month to host. Keeping with my motto of doing what I can and not hurting myself, I am going to use my PT exercises, modified so nobody has to buy anything. It actually quite simple. Breathing, stretching, and using body weight to work the core and lower back.
This is all about the core and making it strong. I was amazed at how much stronger I was after just a few days.
Besides being a leader in our phenomenal group, I am feeling like I am part of a great team and even though I am limited physically, I can share what has gotten me all patched up.
One of the key things in all this is the need to be hydrated, flexible, and smart about what you are doing. Not that I am super smart or anything, but being on the DL for 10 weeks now just plain sucks.
