Happy 2019. This year is full of opportunity. So let's talk about goals. Some people make goals that are just not realistic. I cannot say what should or should not be a goal, but it should be something that you can reach. most goals are weight loss and getting in shape. If this is one of your goals, you need to remember what caused you to reach the point of needing a change. My guess is you did not ger over weight over night. So do not assume you will lose your extra pounds in a week or 2. If your goal is to win the lottery, you better dig deeper. If your goal is to be a kinder person, just do it. My main goal for 2019 is to work on not getting hurt. I will work as I always do and will not take any negative energy in my head. This is just day 1. Hopefully I have more to say every day.
