For today's installment I am going to jump right in with my view on the world. Some of my thoughts may not be overly popular. That is fine with me. High School antics and popularity contests are not worth my time and energy. I have worked at only a handful of jobs in my life. This may be good in some eyes and bad business in others. Again, it is my life and I am happy where I am.
Here is my thought for the day. In our country people just need to grow the hell up. I am so sick of hearing about how hurt everyone is about everything. This really took off about two years ago. Everyone suddenly became a political and social issue expert. Well let me tell you something. All the whining and complaining on Facebook and the like will accomplish nothing. If your feelings are hurt, do something about it. It is really hard to take some people. They preach how awesome they are when they are as two faced as a fake penny. I see it every damn day. I have been laughed at ridiculed and stabbed in the back. I have stood up and fought back and even that back fired. But guess what? I am still me. Still the some old smiling person I have always been.
What I am sure of is that some of this negative stuff is due to piss poor diets. Yes DIETS. If you eat crap, your brain will not work right. If you eat like junk you will be sick and therefore less productive. When you productivity suffers you get stressed and turn into a jerk.
I found my fix and it is in two simple things each day. Well three things. I have a shake for breakfast and lunch every day and two healthy snacks. Boom, problem solved. I am living proof that diet makes a difference.
