Yesterday I had pretty much all the time in the world to get in a good run. I was on track for 8, wanted 10, and crushed it with 13.28 miles.
Totally powers by my Isagenix. Chocolate shake for breakfast. Amped energy e+ and amped fuel before and during.
Replenish and recover after and a shake for lunch.
The run was tough, but I am so happy is finished.
Just sucks to run alone.....
